We have 6 fundamentals classes that cycle every two weeks. The fundamentals schedule is:
Fundamentals 1,2 and 3 will be one week, then 4,5, and six the next. The week after will then start the cycle over again,… and this goes on week after week all year long.
In Fundamentals you will learn and be introduced to the necessary base you will need to do CrossFit. This will be your start.
These six classes are all mandatory to start CrossFit, and are to be done within the first month. Unless otherwise authorized YOU MUST complete at least three before attending any CrossFit Class.
These classes are very in depth and will be mostly coaching. Whether you are a already an advanced athlete or haven’t ever worked out you will get something out of these classes. Our coaches are very knowledgeable and will tune the information you receive based on your skill level.
What if I cannot make the PM hours that the fundamentals are offered?
If you cannot make the fundamentals classes then you must hire a personal trainer for three sessions (which will replace the 6). We will give you a discounted price. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much are the Fundamentals classes?
Fundamentals are included with membership. There is not an extra charge for them. They can also be taken during your free week. So up to three can be done during this time.
