Lsit Hold On Rope for 20sec
15 Overhead Squats 115/75 lbs
20 Kettlebell Swings 70/53 lbs

-Object is to do all sets unbroken
-If you break in a set do 20m crab walk

WhipCON:

8 rounds of tabata pushups
row 500m (rest the rest of the 4 minutes)
8 rounds of tabata bicycle crunches
row 500m (rest the rest of the 4 minutes)
8 rounds of tabata barbell push press
row 500m (rest the rest of the 4 minutes)
8 rounds of tabata squats
row 500m (rest the rest of the 4 minutes)
