StrongFit is having a Competition at Mean Streets this Saturday. So all three classes will be canceled at the gym. But Fish is taking a group of people to the beach for a workout there.

Anyone who wants in will meet at gym at 9am and carpool to Santa Monica from there.

CrossFit:

Warm UP:

2 Rounds:

Jog 800m
handstand balance for 2 min (with or without wall, rest is included in the 2 min
15 pass throughs
1 rope climb
15 wall ball slams

WOD
5 Rounds Max Reps of

1/2 Body Weight Strict Shoulder Press
Grapple grip Pull-ups

No pausing during shoulder-press
No rest between SP and PU
Guys RX is 2″ grapple grip pullups
Ladies RX is 1.5″ grapple grip pullups

WhipCON:

Repeat for 5 minutes:

20 sec of squats
20 sec of ring pulls
20 sec of pushups

rest 2 minutes

Repeat for 5 minutes:
20 sec of wallballs
20 sec of ball slams
20 sec of ball hops

rest 2 min

Repeat for 5 minutes:
20 sec of Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 sec of Kettlebell presses right hand
20 sec of Kettlebell presses left hand

Repeat for 5 minutes:
20 sec of Supermans
20 sec of Hollow Rock
20 sec of Shoulder bridges
