-If you can do 80lbs, the next step would be to increase the number of reps evenly through each exercise (example: 5 deadlifts, 5 hang power cleans, 5 front squats, 5 push press,… then 6 each)

Run to Fire hydrant and back
10 Squats
10 Situps
