This is the way a Fish picks up 555lbs... Ryan Fischer placed 2nd at the OC Throwdown in the ELITE division

For all of those that came out to the competition this weekend: we really appreciate it. It means a lot to the athletes competing to have support from their friends.

CrossFit:

4 sets of:
5 rep Strict Press 75-80%
rest 90 sec.
4 rope climbs (ground to feet scale)
rest 90 sec.
***(each set the rope climb will decrese by 1…. for example, set 2 will be 3 rope climbs and set 4 will only be 1)
THEN:
Complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
3 Thrusters (95/65 lbs.)
3 Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters
6 Pull-Ups
9 Thrusters
9 Pull-Ups
12 Thrusters
12 Pull-Ups……………and so on

WhipCON:

Tabata Style. 8 rounds, 1 min rest then switch stations

1: 1 arm dumbbell presses. Do 5 and switch arms, keep weights up at both shoulders the whole time
2: Crucifixion Pushups
3: Superman Holds
4: Dumbbell Snatch, 5 per arm then switch
5: Hollow Rock
6: Overhead Walking lunge with Plate
7: Ski Sprint
