Day 10: 30 for 31 day challenge – 30 clapping pull ups. Today we are keeping it more on the simple side. Think of it as the calm before the storm 🙂 Standard: You can kip, butterfly or dead hang these as long as all of them come to full extension (dead hang) at the bottom of the pull up and chin must break plane of the bar at the top. Scale as you would a normal pull up. The clap is to be done at the top of the pull up and over the plane of the bar. Challenge yourself by seeing just how strait you can get your arms over the plane of the bar as you clap. Try double and triple claps. Every time you break there is a 5 rep penalty. If you pause more then 5/1000 count off the bar there is a 5 rep penalty. Have fun, train hard and be safe!
