Day 4: For time – 30 Tire Flips with Jump throughs

Size of tire doesn’t matter. It is an option left to the gym coach to make everyone use the same sized tire if they want. The reason for the unprescribed weight is because if you have a heavy tire and want to focus on that then it will be fine to do the heavier tire at a slower speed. If you want to work on speed use a lighter tire.

Standards: 1 rep includes lifting tire off round and flip it over then jump in middle of tire and then jump straight ahead over the other side of the tire. You must turn around and continue to flip-jump-jump until you reach 30 reps. There is more info, options for those who don’t have tires, and some tips in this video:
