We will have a competitor meeting next Monday at 9:00pm. This is open to anyone interested in the sport of CrossFit. I made it late so that that everyone can make it. This is mandatory for anyone who wants my help when it comes to competing. We will go over the plan for the competition season, tips, tricks, the open, how to use the gym to your advantage, as well as guidelines to what it takes to be a competitive CrossFitter for Mean Streets.

CrossFit:

For time:
10 Muscle-ups
75 pound Push press, 100 reps
Row 1000 meters

Strength:

Establish a 1 rep max for the back squat.
Use as many sets as needed
-once reached, work down in the exact same fashion you used to work up to max.

WhipCON:

For time:
Run 2 miles
Rest 2 minutes
135 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
20 Box jump, 24″ box
20 Walking lunge steps with 45lb plate held overhead
20 Box jump, 24″ box
135 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
Rest 2 minutes
Run 2 miles

-Scale as needed.
