5-5-5-5-5

Three rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
75 pound Squat snatch, 15 reps
9 Handstand push-ups
Post total time.

WhipCON:

Fight Gone Bad Style
-5 rounds of
-45 seconds per station
-DB Thrusters, 25#/15#
-Abmat Sit ups
-Deadlift 135#/95# (or Dumbbell dead lifts on one leg)
-Double Unders
-Rest 45 seconds
