Tonight is Artwalk night. So there will be a bunch of us doing a few WODS. We usually start at around 8:30pm.




30 reps of:
-Jerk off rack
-Squat Clean (then rack bar)


Row 1000m
30 Kettlebell Taters
30 Kettlebell swings
30 Kettlebell Push Press each arm
30 Kettlebell Windmills each arm (go slow)
Row 1000m

-Break up reps however you want (3 sets of 10 for each exercise)
