Test: Find Max Length Broad Jump

WOD:

8 rounds:

8 Burpees
Run 100m (to fire hydrant and back)

-objective is to stay at max output the entire time. Figure out what intensity you can maintain,… and push your boundaries to keep the intensity up as high as possible for all 8 rounds.

WhipCON:

Perform as much of each movement on 1 min each station. Score is total Reps
