WOD 1, Endurance:

5-9(Rx is 9) rounds of 375m row.
– keep pace within 2-3 seconds of previous round.
-Never going more than 5 seconds slower than first round.
-keep track of every round in journal.

WOD 2 -Hard and Fast:

5 rounds:

3 Power Cleans
5 Deadlifts
7 Bar facing burpees

Pick a weight that you think you can straight set the entire workout with. It is meant to be done very fast, without having to take rest.
