I am sure these WODs are not designed to be done all in one day. And I wouldn’t expect everyone to do these WODs at one time, we are still available to judge these individually for you on different days. But a bunch of us are doing these WODs all on the same day.
On Sunday this week we will get started. Sunday Mass will basically be these WODS.
The plan is to do Workouts A, B, and C at the gym. Taking our time doing them.
Then eat, and go to USC and do Workout D. If you need to leave early, we could probably mark off 400m at the gym (it will have to be an “out and back”) and we could judge you there. But I want to go to the track and do it. And yes we will be bringing equipment there with us.
Not For Time:
15 Kipping Pullups (chin must go over the bar to break vertical plane)
15 Body Blasters
10 KB Snatches per arm
Sprint 200m row
rest 2 min
Work to 1RM (for the day) Snatch while maintaining good form. Do not increase weight just because you managed to get the bar up,… you have to do it with considerably good form before you increase weight.
3 sets of Max hold Lsits.
-Take total time of 3 holds and that is your score to put on board.
