Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Rules:
Buy in for this workout is 1000m Row.
Cash out for workout is 1000m Row.
There will be no rest in between Bench Press and Pullups
Rest will only be taken after buy in, and after pullups.

Advanced Men:
Your rest period is 5min minus your Buy in row time.

Advanced Women and Int Men:
Your rest period is 6 min minus your buy in row time.

Int Women:
Your rest period is 7 min minus your buy in row time.

Scale your weight on the bench press if you need it. And scale back on pullups also (if you can only do 3 pullups, I would rather you use a band as you can get more stimulus that way).

Cash out Row Penalty:

For every second slower you are on your 2nd row from the first one you will do that many burpees.
