If you are competing in the CrossFit open, I would suggest doing the strength portion of this,… Just going light.

Strength:

Front Squat:

8-6-5-3-1

WOD:

AMRAP 7min

3 thrusters (100/65)
3 chest to bar pullups
6 thrusters
6 chest to bar pullups
9 thrusters
9 chest to bar pullups

And so on and so on until 7 min is up.
