Looks like it will help me lose weight

Weight watchers finally admits that counting calories doesn’t work

I love this one:
America you’re exercising wrong

Like we need a doctor to validate what we already know. And thanks Doc for making up a scientific term for what we do: “Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion”. I am sure some exercise company will figure out how to market Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion to people who don’t know how to exercise in the future.

WOD:

AMRAP 20

60/35lbs Turkish Get Up X 20
Row 500 meters

I am starting to have a hard time with Doctors,,, it seems , and I suspect , that it is because they “can’t” “prescribe” medications for me anymore.. I told one that I am just going to increase the amount of omega 3 in my diet and he flagged my records and I was told my insurance was unbillable, I solved that problem will quick and will be back,,, dude behind me walked up to the receptionist counter with 4 sample boxes of lipitor used to reduce bad cholesterol after seeing the doctor. i have had this issue with two previous doctors , one a general practitioner , the other an endorcinologist, once I got off of all the meds they were “prescribing” , it was almost like they didn’t want to see me anymore and they would give me a hard time. I do take hormone replacement for my thyroid , that can not be fixed, but everything else seems to be fixed… I think we have a problem in this country big time, when doctors and their practices “need” you to be on some form of maintenance medication which is expensive.
