Sand Bag Get-ups 15 each side
-can use kettlebells, weight vest or barbell also


Work to 1RM Thruster

5 rounds, not timed:
3 x Thruster @ 85% 1RM,
5 x Man-maker (35# DB),
6 x sprint starts

Work Capacity:
5 Rounds for Time:
15 x Curtis P (95#)
30 x KB Swing (55#)
Run 800M


10 rounds: sprint 1 min max effort, 1 min rest.

Active Stretch or Yoga 10 minutes.

    Man-Maker: WIth 2×35# dumbbells, do a pushup on the db’s, renegade row left side, pushup, renegade row right side, hop to feet and perform a squat clean w/db’s. That is one rep.

    Curtis-P: With a barbell, perform a power clean, forward lunge onto left leg (with bar racked on shoulders), forward lunge onto right leg, recover, push press. This is one rep.
