We will be leaving gym at 11:30am. We are bringing rowing machines. And we will be getting awesome.

WOD 2-2-11

Strength:

Work up to 1 RM Thruster

WOD:

Last as long as you can.

Pick a weight for the bar.
-Use a little more than you would for Fran.

1 thruster
2 pullups
3 thrusters
4 pullups

go on until you cannot do the set unbroken.

-elite males use above 115lbs and do chest to bar pullups
