2008 Games workouts 1 after another. Rest at least 10 minutes between each workout:

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster (65 pound for women)
Pull-ups (chest must hit the bar to count)

5 rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps (185 pounds for women)
10 Burpees (with clap overhead while airborne)

155 pound Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Ronnie is going to be coaching the class. He will participate in the WODs. He will then eat and then make his way for an altitude run at Mt. Baldi. Elevation starts at 6000ft and we will go up from there. Any one interested is welcome to come join. We will run at least 2 miles up and then back down.
