On Saturday the 22nd we are hosting a Private CrossFit Competition in the gym so it will be closed to workout at.

But Pete is hosting our first Downtown LA Endurance Team practice at 10am a mile away from the gym. The Endurance team is open to all CrossFit Mean Streets athletes AND anyone else who wants to learn. We will be training for specific events and go tackle them together. Including:

LA Marathon
Tough Mudder, Los Angeles

Pete will be coaching running skills and drills, along with a WOD.

Partner 2 min time trials X 5

-Score is total amount rowed in all 5 rounds.
-Do not count amount of meters rowed after 2 minutes is up.
-Rest is Partners round, switch quickly, shouldn’t be longer than 2:30 rest.
