WOD 1-18-11:

ROPE CLIMBS: AKA DO NOT WEAR BOOTY SHORTS AND UNDER ANKLE SOCKS

21 Pistols each leg
9 rope climbs
15 Pistols each leg
6 rope climbs
9 Pistols each leg
3 rope climbs

-Advanced peeps put a barbell overhead when performing pistols
-Immediately after finishing WOD, get inverted against wall. Do what you can:

Handstand Pushups
Hand walking
just stay there

-try to remain inverted for about 2 minutes. Does not have to be without rest, but rest as little as possible

    Hello Ronnie. Quick question. After watching your events during the throwdown you were drinking something after the workouts. It looked like water to me. Just wondering what kind, Thanks!

    It was just water in a glass bottle.

    It is called Mountain Valley Spring Water. It is the only water I have been drinking lately. It is true spring water from Arkansas.
