We have already been quite a force at CrossFit events,… and our crew has entered some endurance events. But now we will start picking specific endurance events and use our CrossFit plus CrossFit Endurance programming to train for those.
What does this mean for me?
WODS- we will be programming endurance WODs from now on, some of which will take place at different locations.
Cost- no added costs for this currently. This will be all added benefit

Everyone who is competing in UTC CrossFit Challenge go to this website UTC CrossFit Challenge and start adding in the movements listed to your warm up and cool down. We will not be specializing for this competition so much. You should make up your own workouts and do them. You are also welcome to sub out these movements for another movement the class is doing. Just speak with your instructor about it. There will be some competitor only workouts that will have some of the movements in them though. But we have many competitions coming up that we need to be good for. So we will be doing the standard “CrossFit training to become a badass”.

22 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
