5 rounds, each lasting 3 minutes.

Round 1:
– 15 back squats at 1.5 X bodyweight
– Burpees, AMRAP in time remaining

Round 2:
– Run 400m
– Burpees, AMRAP in time remaining

Round 3:
– 30 pull-ups
– Burpees, AMRAP in time remaining

Round 4:
– Row 500m
– Burpees, AMRAP in time remaining

Round 5:
– 15 deadlifts at 1.5 X bodyweight
– Burpees, AMRAP in time remaining

Rest 45 seconds between rounds. Score is total completed Burpees.
