Last WOD at 560 S main st. Everyone is getting ready to run the infamous stairs

So we are having our first “Social” Gathering.
We have a place to go jam on Friday to celebrate. Everyone is invited.
We will have a table and bottle service will be on CrossFit Mean Streets.
Location can be found out at gym, or through email. It is in Weho (but not a boy’s club!).
On Friday we will go out to eat at the same place around 9 or ten. Then stay till close.
Email Ronnie@crossfitmeanstreets to let Ronnie know who is going to do dinner, and how is interested in coming.
-RSVP isn’t mandatory, but will make things easier to plan.

Either find 90% of your 1RM Deadlift or if you know it, just warm up to a decent weight, then:

5 X 65% of 90% of 1RM
5 X 75% of 90% of 1RM
5 X 85% of 90% of 1RM

Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Pull-ups

I meet some peeps from this company earlier this year at Socal Sectionals. I am glad to see they are making strides.
