-Low saturated fats? Fuck you! I will eat a pound of Bacon a day, fat is what we are made to run on.
-Moderate exercise 20 min a day! Fuck you, I want to do great things, I will train past my limits.
-Dairy for strong Bones? Fuck you! I am not breast feeding from another species.
-No more than 20 min of sun light? Fuck you! Just Fuck you, are you crazy, the sun is why we are here.
-Supplements to get you HUGE? Fuck you! I’d rather be able to kick your ass than not be able to walk through a door.
-Corn Syrup isn’t that bad for you? Fuck you! If the food needs sweeteners you shouldn’t be eating it.
-Fruit Juice that’s the new miracle drink? Fuck you! I’d rather just eat the fruit, and not get the insulin spike.
-Oatmeal for a healthier heart? Fuck you! Grains are the cause of heart disease.
-Take your Vitamins? Fuck you! You can’t create vitamins in the lab and it be the same for us.
-Health Fairs? Fuck you! Why are half the booths giving out free candy?
-Ibuprofen to take down inflammation? Fuck you! Inflammation is my body repairing itself.
