40 Wall ball shots, 20 pound
20 L Pull-ups
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound
15 L Pull-ups
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound
10 L Pull-ups

-If you cannot do pullups, the sub is Pushups. I want this done fast for you. And when you are done, in the Post WOD, add 3 minutes cumulative L-sit holds.

Post Wod:

PVC passthroughs for at least 5 min. I want everyone to work their grip up as close as possible.

Stretch quads

Stretch your tightest area. Pic a stretch on one side, stretch for 2 min, switch and repeat twice.
