We are going to grill up some Paleo Grub after Saturday’s WOD. Ronnie is Probably not going to supply everything, so lets make this a group effort. Meat, Veggies, some fruit, avocados, a few sweet potatoes, and drinks of everyone’s choice.

15 wallballs
2 rope climbs
5-15 pullups as soon as you get off rope
15 Passthroughs getting progressively closer grip each rep
4 mountain climbers, one jumping jack X 5-10

-note on scaling, these thrusters are heavy. If you must scale take your last Fran weight and add 40%.
