Warm up

Find a partner:

Row 100m while your partner does burpees
-do until you both reach 500m

Perform any way you want:

25 sledge hammer strikes on left side
25 sledge hammer strikes on right side
12 tire flips

WOD 6-10-10:

-Make sure if you have any tightness that you take care of yourself with some SMR
-Scale appropriately

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Rest is taken as needed, this is not for time

Art walk is tonight, If you cannot find parking, Ronnie has 5 dollar parking tickets for a neighboring lot. Let him know and he can get you the sticker for 5 (the lot will be charging a lot more)
