Because you should know, there are no limits,….ever.

This WOD is going to require lots of effort and lots of not listening to your body telling you to stop. Further more there are going to be rules added to it.

Warm UP:

-Running Skills and Drills

If you are early and have not graduated from Warm Up school. Do as much of it as you can before the skills and drills, minus the pullups.

WOD 6-4-10:

5 rounds:

50 Wallballs 20/14
25 pullups

Rules:

-Wallballs must be done UNBROKEN.
-Anytime the wallball hits the floor you must do 5 burpees immediately
-Anytime you stop for more than 2 seconds you must do burpees immediately

Make sure to take these rules into consideration when scaling the WOD. If you are scaling you are not doing as prescribed.
