1-3 rounds:

1min sledge hammer strikes with right side
1min tire jumps (bux jumps up to tire)
1min sledge hammer strikes with left side
1min tire flips

WOD 6-3-10:

4 rounds

-Run 400m
-25 GHD Situps
_25 Back Ext
