10-15 GHD Sit ups
50 Double Unders
3 Front Levers
3 Back Levers

OR: Kipping Pullup Practice.



Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (35lbs for the women)
12 Pull-ups

New Gym rules:

-No shoes on the soft blue mats
-If you don’t introduce yourself to a person you have not introduced yourself to before the WHOLE CLASS will do 25 burpees.
-Unless you want to adopt him/her, do not give money to anyone around the gym.
-Bikes are allowed in gym
-Only one person at a time on the slack line
