Shoulder Press:
Push Press
Push Jerk

There is 15 sets, every one should be as close to your maximum capacity as possible. Do 5 minutes of shoulder mobility drills and then start ramping up to your work sets. The 15 sets should take you around 45 minutes to complete if doing properly (lift heavy, rest re-coop for at least 2 minutes before going again)
