Its been at least two days since you have all been here. Work on skills, jump rope, roll your legs out and/or do the CrossFit Warmup.
Get nice and warm for 10-20 minutes then we have a strength workout then a body weight WOD.
warm up with lighter weights
-should use about 80% of your max for the first set, then decide to go up or not from there.
Rest 5 minutes and do this timed workout:
10 sit ups
