The kickboxing has gone out the window and new equipment has moved in.  Some of the upgrades include: Concept 2 Rowers, Plyo-boxes, Pullup Station, Gymnastic rings, Olympic Lifting Platform, more olympic bars, crash pad, glute-ham deck, more kettlebells, more jump ropes, Iron Woody bands, more dynamax med balls, and hundreds of pounds of bumper plates. The gym is under and evolution and will continue to evolve to quite some time.


Because we want the best for everyone. CrossFit is being brought to everyone here.  If you want to know more about CrossFit and what it is, click on the links on the left side of the screen. There are currently classes Mon-Fri, with more on the way.  Rates are charged on a monthly basis and will be for multiple options, including unlimited classes a month.

This is the best for our clients because now they can come more often and work the full spectrum of fitness rather than having to cram everything in 2 or 3 sessions a week with a big break on the weekend. Private sessions are still available. Check out the rest of this site for more info.
